Tesla has been handed a win by a U.S. appeals court, with an appeals court this week ruling that the company can legally dispute Louisiana’s ban on direct vehicle sales. On Monday, the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sided with Tesla on its ability to sue the state over the direct-sales ban , according to a report from Reuters.
